Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the service provided by the various contractors/sub-contracting agencies responsible for:
1. Food during the travel period; 2. Buses as required for road travel from the rail station etc.. are not up to the mark..
3. the treatment to the patrons is also deteriorated (as compared to last Bharat Darshan).

Who should we contact for grievance redressal and corrective action ?

Rgds,
Jayesh
