Worst Menu in Shatabdi

Last week, there is 2010 ADI - BCT Shatabdi, No welcome drink and no soup / breadsticks. Food quality was horrible - even a unknown person can cook better! Pulao was not even half-cooked; parathas were so hard that you could break your teeth on. There was a huge amount of watery daal, minute amounts of the other curry (whatever it was). The only good part were the curds (Samul, made in Surat) and the ice-cream (Vadilal).
Could IRCTC officials do something........?
