A SERIOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST

No investigation has been done by the Ministry
under the influence and pressure of Mr. Agarwal
New Delhi : A very serious complaint had been registered with CVC about Shri K.B. Agarwal, Chief Vigilance Officer, Container Corporation of India (CONCOR). CVC guidelines mention that the report of investigation should be forwarded back from the Ministry within three months.
However, Complaint no 420 / 08 / 1 was sent to the Ministry on 19.06.2008 and no investigation has been done by the Ministry under the influence and pressure of the CVO / CONCOR.
The complaint should be investigated on priority and Shri Agarwal be immediately relieved from his post.
